Whitsunday Islands have numerous tourist attractions, but one place that no traveller dares to miss is the picturesque Whitehaven Beach. Covering a 7 km stretch along the southern-eastern part of Whitsunday Island (the largest island in the group), Whitehaven Beach is known for its shimmering white sands and near-pristine waters.
