Stretching over 2,000 km, the Great Barrier Reef has plenty of exciting spots for divers and snorkelers. No matter where you start from this massive coastline, you’ll find one of the 3,000 individual reef systems & coral cays waiting at a small distance from you, ready to be explored. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a beginner, you’ll find multiple spots here that will be perfect for your particular skill set. Book our Great Barrier Reef diving and snorkeling charter and explore the reef’s mesmerising marine life that includes 100 varieties of jellyfish, 1,600 fish varieties, turtles, and what not!

If you don’t have required skill for diving, snorkeling is a great way to admire the diverse marine life of the Great Barrier Reef. We’ll provide snorkeling mask & fins and you can swim with variety of fishes in the clear waters. Swimming with these colourful marine species just beneath the surface is an unforgettable surreal experience that shouldn’t be missed. Our experienced captain & crew know some of the best diving spots in this region including secluded gems known only to few. We have custom charters starting from 4 days up to the duration of 10 days and group booking of up to 24 passengers is available.

Diving is great around the Great Barrier Reef throughout the year, though it may get influenced by varying water temperatures and rainfall in certain months. While the wet season from December till May is warmer (28-29 ° C) with good rainfall, the dry season from June till November happens to be around 22-23 ° C with minimal rainfall. The wet season is comparably less busier than the dry season and thus provides an excellent opportunity to book various charters easily.

Paul Worsteling February 20 at 6:05 PM · People have been asking me how our "Mothership" trip worked. You can leave from Airlie Beach or Hamilton Island and you travel to the chosen reef via the comfor t of the "Mothership" ( Elizabeth E II - usually overnight) Then you wake up to fishing heaven! Where you fish out of either one of the below boats depending on what you are targeting. Both are beautiful & super comfortable. After each days fishing you return to the Mothership for some bloody awesome food, spectacular sunsets, a bar and you can even keep fishing from the back deck if you want! Oh and i did i mention every room on the mothership has its own ensuite! # winning Hope that helps! If you want more info skip on over to Renegade Fishing Charters page. It is run by husband & wife team Luke & Allira Griffiths who can answer anymore questions you might have. It is a wonderful experience that i can highly recommend. # bucketlist
